WFGC was founded by Jake Wiltfong, owner and president. Jake has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry.  He began working for a home builder before transitioning into upscale bathroom and kitchen remodeling. He worked his way to superintendent before starting his own company in 2004. In 2017, WF General Contractors was incorporated when Jake took an interest in commercial T.I.s. 

Jake still maintains a hands-on approach with responsibility for the allocation of manpower, with frequent job site visits, and active involvement in quality control. He is also committed to staying cognizant of the industry’s best practices through continuing education through organizations such as Associated Builders and Contractors. 

Jake and his wife of 20 years, Jessica, have 5 kids together. Jake enjoys outdoor activities with his family, including fishing, hunting, and golfing.  He volunteers at the local high and middle school, coaching golf and football.
